Her primary goal is to make sure you are receiving exceptional service and that your transaction is a smooth one, from the initial consultation to a successful closing and beyond. We feel that the closing is just the beginning of our service to you. Heather Affolter, Loan Coordinator
Your loan will be managed by one of our experienced loan coordinators. The components of the loan process, such as ordering the appraisal and title work will be handled by your coordinator. Your loan coordinator will work in conjunction with an underwriter. If there is any documentation we still need from you, your loan coordinator will be in contact with you directly. Our loan coordinators also work to clear any prior to closing approval conditions.
Underwriter
Many of our loan products can be underwritten in-house which means faster service for your transaction. The underwriter will review the mortgage loan information for your purchase or refinance and verify your eligibility to receive a mortgage. In many instances additional information or clarification, also know as “conditions,” is requested before offering a final approval.
